When you join our team, you’ll get a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. We’ll also help you settle into your practice with a guaranteed income of $200,000 for one year or up to 32% of net collections — whichever is higher!

You can advance your education on various clinical specialties like dental implants, clear aligners, endodontics and more. We’ll also provide financial assistance toward external CE opportunities you’d like to pursue.

Our organization is 100% employee owned. To help welcome you to the team, you’ll receive a one-time extra contribution to our employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to jumpstart your ownership. Dentists also have the option to purchase additional direct stock if they choose.
